The World's First On-Line Telephone Touch Key Pad

This is an important service announcement! If you ever need help while visiting the website, we encourage you to use our new on-line support feature. Simply click the "Live Help" icon, located in the top right corner of each page. You will be seamlessly redirected to the world's first and only on-line telephone touch key pad. If, like many users of a call center, you find yourself completely disoriented by the vast number of possibilities and selections, refer to the call center legend, appearing to the right of the keypad. Another world-wide first, the on-line call center legend allows you to plan and coordinate your journey through our call center system.

Several Repco, Inc. divisions participated in developing these technological wonders. Most notably, the Communications and Disinformation Office, the Office of Advanced Robotics, Cast Member Services and our Mumbai Call Center played key roles in delivering the Live Help service in time for the summer high season.
